How to Order

Please place your order at least 8 days before your desired pickup date.

Start by selecting your favorite base cake from our LINE UP page.
Would you like to add toppings or decorations to your cake?

If you already have an idea, sketch, or reference photo, please share it with us.
You can also browse our Gallery or Instagram and choose a design you’d like us to recreate.
Then, send us a message via WhatsApp or Text to request a quote.

Simply send your order via WhatsApp or Text, including your name, your phone number, your cake choice and quantity.

Or, if you don’t have one, you can send a screenshot of a similar design from our Instagram.
After we receive your message, Caramel will reply with your order confirmation or quotation details.
Payment is made in cash upon pickup at our location in Woking, Surrey.

Pickup instructions will be provided in your confirmation message.

All orders must be placed at least 8 days in advance of the required date and picked up from the specified location in Surrey, UK ( Woking)
We can be made free delivery within 2 miles of Woking (GU22 9LY). ※Minimum order ￡36. ( Subject to availability)

Most of my cakes are nut-free, however traces of nuts may be present as they are prepared in the same kitchen.
Cakes are not suitable for children under 1 year old as they contain eggs, dairy, and other ingredients that may not be safe for babies.
If you have any allergy concerns, please check the ingredient list with me before ordering, as I am unable to take responsibility for any reactions once the cake is received.

By when should I place my order?
A:

For regular cakes, please order at least 7 days in advance.

For custom cakes, we ask that you place your order 10–14 days ahead of the desired date.
How long will the cake stay fresh?
A:

Please enjoy the cake by the day after you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
A:

You can either pay the full amount via bank transfer by the designated date, or pay a 50% deposit in advance and the remaining balance in exact cash upon pickup.
Can the cake be stored at room temperature?
A:

Please keep the cake refrigerated.

We do not have a physical storefront—our business is home-based in Woking, Surrey.
